The wearing of a uniform encourages a sense of school pride and student integration and the NSW Department of Education policy states that students should “adhere to the standards of dress determined by the school community”.
The staff and parent body of Glenreagh have formulated the GPS Uniform Policy and it is required that children will attend school in full uniform. Covered footwear is compulsory because of the safety factor/s considering the nature of the playground surface on which the children play daily. Students representing the school in any extra-curricular activity or sporting competition are required to wear full school uniform.
Uniform items are available through the P&C. Please clearly label all clothing and belongings.
